Payment in full is required at the time the order is placed. The manufacturing and shipping process will only begin once we have received confirmation of payment from our payment processor.
3.2 Custom/Commissioned Orders
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to initiate the design and production phase.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork and before the item is packaged and shipped. We will provide photographs or a video of the finished piece before processing the final payment.
Failure to pay the remaining balance within 7 days of notification may result in the order being cancelled and the deposit being forfeited.
3.3 Installment Plans (If Applicable)
If you choose a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) option (e.g., Afterpay, Klarna), the payment terms are governed by the agreement you enter into with that third-party provider, not by us. We will ship your order immediately upon receiving the initial full payment confirmation from the BNPL provider.
4. Billing and Payment Verification
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with an incorrect price or where payment is flagged as fraudulent or suspicious.
