This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through www.ajval.in . We are committed to ensuring your unique, handmade resin art arrives safely and efficiently.

1. Order Processing Time

The time required to prepare your order for shipment varies depending on the product type and its current status (ready-to-ship vs. made-to-order).

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for existing, finished pieces are processed and packaged within1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Made-to-Order/Custom Items: As these pieces are created specifically for you, the processing time is much longer. Please refer to the specific product listing or your custom order invoice for the estimated completion and processing time, which is typically 2–3 weeks.

Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 11 PM will begin processing the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping

We ship to all addresses within India.

Carriers: We primarily ship via Maruti courier, Nandan courier and Shiprocket. The final carrier for Standard Shipping is chosen at our discretion based on package size and destination.
