At www.ajval.in , we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your new piece of resin art. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below for returns and refunds.

1. General Return Eligibility

We accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges on standard, non-custom items under the following conditions:

Time Frame: The return must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Condition: The item must be returned in the exact same condition it was received:

Unused, undamaged, and free of any wear or modification.

In its original packaging, or securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

A copy of the purchase receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

Reason for Return:

The item was damaged upon arrival (see Damaged Items below).

The item received was significantly different from the product description (e.g., incorrect size or major color mismatch).

The customer is simply not satisfied with the item (subject to return shipping fees).

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Due to the unique and personalized nature of our craft, the following items are generally final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

Custom or Personalized Orders: Any item that was specifically made or designed for you, including pieces with custom colors, names, dates, specific inclusions, or commissioned designs.

Clearance or Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or purchased during special promotions.

Gift Cards.

Note on Resin Art: Please remember that resin is a liquid material that cures. Small, unavoidable, natural imperfections such as tiny dust specks, micro-bubbles, or slight color/pattern variations from the website photo are part of the handmade process and are generally not considered defects eligible for return unless they significantly impact the aesthetic or function of the piece.

3. Procedure for Initiating a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at ajvalcreation@gmail.com within the eligible time frame 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide Details: In your email, please include:

Your Order Number.

The specific item(s) you wish to return.

The reason for the return (e.g., "damaged," "not satisfied," "wrong size").

Photos of the item's current condition and the packaging.

Await Confirmation: We will review your request and reply within 2-3 business days with a Return Authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Do not send the item back before receiving a Return Authorization, as it may not be processed correctly.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Our Error (Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item): If the return is due to our error, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and cover the cost of return shipping.

Customer Preference (Dissatisfaction/Change of Mind): If the return is simply due to dissatisfaction or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.

5. Refunds and Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 8-10 business days.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Deductions: We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a 15% restocking fee if the item is not returned in its original condition or is returned without proper authorization.

6. Damaged Items (During Transit)

We take extreme care in packaging your resin art. However, if your item arrives damaged:

Document Immediately: Take clear photographs of the damage to the item and the packaging as soon as it arrives.

Contact Us: Email us at ajvalcreation@gmail.com immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and the photos of the damage.

Resolution: We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and will offer you a full refund or a replacement (if feasible) at no extra cost, provided you follow the documentation instructions.
