Returns:

Customers must share clear photos or videos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items:

Customised or personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged during transit.

Refunds:

Once the return request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
