Handmade Variance: You acknowledge that all items sold on the Site are handmade resin art. As such, no two pieces are exactly alike. Minor imperfections, variations in color placement, bubble density, and slight size differences are inherent features of the creation process and are not considered defects.
Color Disclaimer: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Safety and Use: Our resin art is generally intended for decorative use only. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to use the product safely and as intended.
2.2 Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. 3. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
3.1 Shipping and Delivery
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased from the Site pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Timeframes: Estimated shipping and delivery dates are not guarantees. We are not liable for any delays in shipping caused by the carrier.
